I’m a business and leadership coach who specializes in personal transformation and business strategy. I lead in person retreats and am the founder of The Training Room a business building mastermind for entrepreneurs to create a wild and wealthy business. I integrate nervous system expansion, emotional intelligence and business strategy and systems to help entrepreneurs and leaders thrive as the whole human.

I’ve been studying business for over a decade working in startup companies, ecommerce brands and big tech companies like Amazon. I found coaching when I realized I was in a misaligned job and had more to share with the world. Since then I have helped hundreds of people shift their energy and identity from fear to freedom and learn to create wealth from the inside out.
