My background is in corporate marketing so when I switched into entrepreneurship none of the rules in corporate applied. There was no right way. There was no team to outsource. There was no roadmap to results. There was only my willingness to try and take messy action. 

Listen. If I could just follow the rules and have a successful business I would do it. But in entrepreneurship there are no rules. But what I did realize is there are systems and that helped my overachiever mind feel at peace.
